Have you ever wondered what it’s truly like to walk in the shoes of someone experiencing homelessness? Candace, President/CEO of Open Door Mission, will sit on a bench for 24 hours on YouTube and Facebook Live, rain or shine, October 9th at 2:00 PM through Oct. 10th at 2:00 PM at Lydia House (2809 E 20th St, Omaha, NE 68110). Candace aims to shed light on the daily struggles that many experiencing homelessness in our community endure.
