Open Door Mission was blessed with a full house at yesterday’s Ladle of Love event.
A huge shout out of thanks to: all staff who worked this event, the men from the life changing programs who set up tables and directed traffic, our Kitchen and Hospitality crew who kept the soup flowing, to each volunteer who pitched in to make the event a success, and to every attendee who supported Open Door Mission at this fun, fall festival!
It was a great day with lots of smiling faces and full stomachs. The Open Door Mission Chefs once again received Honorable Mention for receiving the most votes with their delicious Cheesy Smoked Pork Soup. Let me tell you, it was good stuff!
