Graduation Update

Oct 13, 2010  |     |   General

Saturday, Oct 9th was a spectacular day of celebration here at Open Door Mission! Open Door Mission staff, board members, volunteers and donors rejoiced in the Lord as we celebrated the accomplishments of 17 men and women who graduated our Long-term Life Changing programs.
Those gathered praised God as the graduates gave testimonies of the life change they have experienced since coming to Open Door Mission. Hopeless, addicted and eternally lost were the conditions many of these incredible men and women shared before joining New Life or Journey to Work programs. Joyful in the Lord and hopeful for the future are the common traits they are now able to share as a result of the Life Change God has done in their time here.
If you missed this graduation, stay connected with Open Door Mission through the newsletters and website so you can be sure to save the date for our next ceremony coming in early 2011!
Please pray for our graduates as they take the next steps by faith into their destinies.
Blessings to you,
Laurie Armes
