Join us this Saturday, August 29th, 2020 at 10:00am to celebrate the graduating students from our New Life Recovery Program! Each of these students have ventured through months of extensive character building along with a reshaping of their habits through classes taught right here on the Open Door Mission campus. At the graduation, you will hear their Stories of Hope from those who have been homeless, abused, addicted to substances, incarcerated and yet have found healing through Jesus and the programs at Open Door Mission. All are welcome to help congratulate these individuals on their road to success and recovery by watching the ceremony online.

Open Door Mission Celebrates Program Graduates with Special Ceremony
On Saturday, August 29, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. Open Door Mission will host a special graduation ceremony for men and women who are graduating from the New Life Recovery Program, a residential program committed to providing men, women and families the tools needed to become self-sufficient community members. Ten men and two women will be donning the cap and gown and sharing their Stories of Hope.
“Graduation is always a time of celebration. With our graduates, they are changing their lives, which hasn’t been easy, especially during this time of COVID-19 adding extra challenges,” says Candace Gregory, President/CEO of Open Door Mission. “Our graduates persevered through their addictions and the pandemic. They will be sharing their stories about how they overcame obstacles. We are proud of their hard work.”
Due to COVID-19, the community is asked to watch the ceremony online on Open Door Mission’s Facebook page HERE or YouTube Live HERE.
