From gliders to super-sonic jets, bi-planes to bombers—we saw them all at the Offutt Air Force Base Air Show. I took a group of our men to see an impressive display of our nation’s air power that has been used throughout these last generations. We watched in amazement, witnessing the advancement in technology, used to protect America’s freedom.
I reflected on the opportunity God has given me to be Case Manager for the Veterans and Dignitaries (men over 55 years of age). I work with some of the same men who fought and sacrificed so much to defend our freedom. I love to hear their experiences and glean wisdom from them. I praise God that I am able to learn from the ‘greatest’ generation and pass it on to the ‘next’ generation.
