The Friends of the Friendless is a group that comes on the first Tuesday of every month for volunteer projects. It is always a fun time catching up with them over the wonderful lunch provided by our kitchen. We go over the latest happenings at the Mission and discuss those volunteer projects.
During the last meeting, the group made over 300 sack lunches for the kitchen, rolled hundreds of silverware packets that are needed for the over 1700 meals served daily. These Friends also help us organize in the Timberlake Outreach Center where our services empower families to stay in their own homes. Thanks to all who make a difference at the Mission! We couldn’t do it without you. There is always plenty to do and we have alot of fun. All are welcome for an awesome experience.
