2nd SHIFT (100 volunteers needed)
12:30 PM - 3:00 PM
This Thanksgiving Community Outreach event is on Saturday, November 20th. We have the opportunity to Share Some Love by providing a free Thanksgiving meal to thousands of people in our community that are experiencing food insecurity this holiday season.
With YOUR help, we are hoping to fill more than 5,000 to-go containers with a delicious
pre-cooked Thanksgiving meal. The pre-cooked meal will contain Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and corn. We will put the gravy and cranberries in their own containers. People will be able to take their meals home and heat them up when they are ready to eat!
Having Bellevue Christian Center with us for this event last year was AMAZING, and we are SO EXCITED to do it again! God has already provided enough turkey to fill not 5,000 BUT 10,000 to-go containers. Also, dessert, bread, and soda have been secured.
We can put the THANKS in THANKSGIVING for many hungry people
