Children Can make a difference

What is you woke up in the morning and did not have soap and shampoo to take a shower or even a tooth brush and tooth paste. Many homeless in the Heartland do just that.

Last night I had the privilege of speaking to children that attend Gretna Baptist Church. These 25 children collected personal hygiene products for homeless children living at the Lydia House. They shared with me the things they brought and why they wanted children at the Lydia House to have them. It was a blessing to see children that were ages 3 to 11 making a difference in the lives of homeless and needy children right here in their community.

You too can make a difference, you can call Maggie today at
402-422-1111 ext 1554 and request these purple bags known has “Hope Totes”.
