I just wanted to drop a short note:
I want to explain how important the Mission is for some guys that are down and out, and even “lost.”
The way I see it, Open Door Mission is a BIG opportunity and definitely is a pick-me-up! For example when mom and dad say, “Okay son get out there and make it happen.” Your parents gave you the security you needed to be able to do that. That’s what Open Door Mission does and has been doing for so many.
I am so grateful that people come to work at the Mission so that I am able to be clean and safe at night, not hungry and afraid.
This people who work here are a Blessing, that you give so others can find their way!
