Phase II - Permanent Supportive Housing

Making the transition from homeless to self-sufficient is a crucial period in Open Door Mission’s programs. Few people can do it alone. The second phase in the Rebuilding Lives Campaign addresses this transition period and empowers individuals and families to succeed.

Our Permanent Supportive Housing Facility provides a safe, stable place for men, women and families to live during their transition. The program allows residents to work or attend school full or part-time while living in a supportive housing environment.

The new Permanent Supportive Housing Facility has 41 self-sufficient two- and three-bedroom apartments for men, women and families.

This Phase of the Rebuilding Lives Campaign was completed May 2011.
