Hours: 40 hours per week

Position Description
The Open Door Mission is a gospel rescue mission providing basic needs and life-changing programs for the homeless and needy.

- Provide case management services for residents in the area of spiritual, medical, psychological, social and educational needs.
- Strength Based Men's Case Management to Homeless Clients. Includes preparing individual program plans on budgeting, housing, emotional needs, resources, educational pursuits, recovery and 12 step issues.
- Administer Drug Testing.
- Assist adults in going back to school to get GED and continuing education.
- Maintain files, notes and documentation on clients.
- Respond to emergencies using de-escalation strategies.
- Teach and role model the use of problem solving skills to settle disagreements and relationship issues.
Experience/Background/Knowledge: 2 years experience in case management and social services. Must be flexible and dependable to work with diverse populations.
Must agree with the Open Door Mission statement of faith and be a current member in good standing and regular attendee of a local evangelical Christian Church.
