Maintenance Technician with Carpentry Experience

Hours: 40 hours per week
Located In: Omaha, NE

Position Description

 

If you are looking for a rewarding job then do we have the job for you! The Open Door Mission is a gospel rescue mission providing basic needs and life-changing programs for the homeless and needy. 

  • The Maintenance Technician completes janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers.
  • As a part of the site team, responsible to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard free environment. 
  • Perform repairs on the property, including janitorial duties and painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical. 

 

Must be non-smoker and be a current member in good standing and regular attendee of a local evangelical Christian Church.
